PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage commercial construction projects from negotiation, bid, and procurement to closeout.
- Support the superintendent and foster accountability.
- Build and maintain morale among all project team members.
- Manage subcontractors from buyout to punch out.
- Ensure safety, scheduling, and quality control on the job site.
- Provide technical construction direction to teams.
- Manage all risk exposures to the projects.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all project stakeholders to benefit both the industry and Watts Construction.
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and the public.
- Guide and assist the design team as required.
- Maintain, track, and document project records in Procore.
- Execute timely, creative, and accurate project financial management with stringent cost control.
Qualifications:
- Professional, self-starting leader with a productive and energetic approach.
- Minimum of 3 years overseeing commercial construction and managing subcontractors.
- Experience administering projects across various construction delivery methods.
- Proficient in record-keeping, problem-solving, safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Strong time management skills.
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Higher education, additional certifications, leadership experience, community involvement, and clear personal and professional aspirations.
