As the Assembler MC, you will use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to perform operations that correctly assemble or test various parts and finished products. You will also package items for shipment, maintain a clean work environment, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing process.

You Will:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

• Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Report problems related to quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the lead person or supervisor.

• Provide hands-on training to coworkers.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

You Have:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• No prior experience necessary.

• Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.

• Commitment to continuous learning and effective participation in training activities.

• Attention to detail and ability to work at a sustained pace.

• A reputation for honesty and credibility in the workplace.

• Ability to identify and address safety concerns.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $20 - $22 per hour. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
