As a Finisher, you will be responsible for performing finishing techniques; grinding and polishing products to a cosmetic finish. You will also assemble and package finished products. This is a 1st shift opportunity from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM*.
- 1st shift hours will be changing on 7/7/2025 to 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
You Will:
- Have a basic understanding of department specific finishing techniques (wet or dry)*
- Have a basic understanding of the quality standards of each surface
- Be responsible for safely rigging and operating cranes*
- Have adequate skills within applicable computer & scanning operations
- Gain knowledge of scrap out procedures
- Have proficient understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment*
- Complete Industrial Lift Truck certifications
- Sustain parts replenishment system
- Follow Bill of Materials and print shop papers*
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
You Have:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of finishing and/or manufacturing experience
- 1 year of general shop assembly experience (preferred)
- Experience working specifically in the composite industry (preferred)

- Drug Screen: Testing for controlled substances to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Physical Examination: Verification of physical fitness to perform job responsibilities safely and effectively.
Completion of these requirements is necessary for finalizing employment offers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. Respirators are required; therefore, successful completion of pulmonary function and fit tests are required. Proper Respirator fit requires a clean shaven face.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Respirators may be required.
