We are seeking a temporary HR Support Assistant to manage HR records, process paperwork, and extract documentation from HRIS systems. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
You Will:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical HR files.
- Process and file HR paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Retrieve and compile documentation from HRIS systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality regulations.
You Have:
- 1 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
