The Job:
This role involves teaching in the HSV curriculum, with a focus on the CADC certification program courses. As Program Coordinator, you will oversee the ICB accreditation process, manage field experiences, and build relationships with advisory groups.
- Lead curriculum and program development, student recruitment, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to serve student and community needs.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. IAODAPCA certification is necessary. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the AOD field is required for the Program Coordinator position, while 2 years' experience in the AOD field is necessary for the Faculty position.
