The Healthcare Coordinator position at Waunakee Valley Senior Living is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff. As the Director of Assisted Living, you will be responsible for directing the health concerns of each resident, including resident assessments, medication management, and activities of daily living. This includes ensuring that each resident's pre-admission screen is completed prior to move-in, leading and assisting in the development of service plans, and facilitating resident meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited school of nursing, current unencumbered LPN licensure in the state of practice, and valid drivers' license. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
