Description:
The Director of Assisted Living oversees the health and well-being of residents in our assisted living facility, ensuring their needs are met through assessments, medication management, and daily living support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and supervising nursing staff to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborating with directors to ensure seamless clinical services across the campus.
- Conducting resident assessments to determine initial and ongoing medical and personal care needs.
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Leading and communicating service plans with caregivers and families.
- Coordinating pharmacy and medication needs to meet state regulations and company policies.
- Serving as a liaison between residents, healthcare providers, and families.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from an accredited school.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a large van/bus.
