Job Description
We are immediately hiring for entry-level positions as Foundry Production specialists. This role involves training and acquiring the necessary skills and work pace to advance to a department-specific job classification. As a Foundry Production specialist, you will work in a heavy industrial environment with repetitive tasks, requiring weekend work and/or mandatory overtime.
Responsibilities include successfully completing safety training, utilizing process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs), participating in WF's 6-S Program (housekeeping), and demonstrating ability to maintain a work pace consistent with the company's goal of on-time delivery.
