Description
The Waupun Area School District is seeking a District Wellness Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year. The Wellness Coordinator will head the district’s Wellness Committee and lead the district’s efforts towards employee and student wellness. This is a part-time position of up to 480 flexible hours per year of both onsite and remote work.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have prior experience, training or certification in one or more of the following areas: Health and Wellness Management, Personal Training/Fitness, Nutrition, Mental Well-being/Mindfulness, Coaching Skills.
Preferred applicants will have prior experience in leading wellness initiatives, developing staff challenges, organizing wellness inservice events and monitoring staff engagement in wellness opportunities.
The Waupun Area School District is a 4K-12 school district serving a population of 1900 students in South Central Wisconsin. Located conveniently on Hwy 151, Waupun is only 45 minutes north of Madison and 20 minutes south of Fond du Lac. WASD is home to four schools, including a charter school in Fox Lake.
