Position Summary:
We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish managing timelines, budgets, and customer relationships. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
Coordinate with engineering, production, and clients
Submit submittals, manage change orders, and track performance metrics
Resolve field issues, manage shipments, and ensure project success
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, or related field
3–5 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP and PMP a plus
