Pop-Up Sales Assistant

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (On-Site)
Earnings: $700 - $750 Paid Weekly Incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pop-Up Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring each person you meet has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will be a blend of customer engagement, problem-solving, and sales support, making every day dynamic and rewarding. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Engaging with Customers: You’ll be the first point of contact, welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing personalized recommendations based on their needs. Your goal is to make them feel valued and confident in their decisions.
  • Providing Product and Service Guidance: You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings so you can explain features, benefits, and options in a clear and compelling way. Whether a customer is exploring services for the first time or needs additional support, you’ll be there to guide them.
  • Assisting with the Sales Process: You’ll help facilitate the onboarding of new customers by gathering essential information, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and confirming that customers understand their purchases or service agreements.
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships: Exceptional service doesn’t end with a sale. You’ll follow up with customers when needed, ensuring they’re satisfied and addressing any concerns. Your ability to create a positive experience will help build lasting relationships and customer loyalty.
