Position Overview
In this role, you’ll represent our clients and their products at scheduled events, with a focus on driving awareness, engaging with the public, and increasing sales through interactive, professional presentations. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales and marketing team committed to delivering measurable results and a high standard of service.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Representation & Customer Engagement
- Represent national and regional brands in a polished, professional manner at promotional pop-up events
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers and build genuine rapport
- Educate attendees about products, features, and benefits tailored to their needs
Sales Generation & Product Promotion
- Drive interest in client offerings through confident product demonstrations and promotional messaging
- Qualify potential customers and guide them through the decision-making process
- Process new customer sign-ups or purchases on-site with accuracy and integrity
Event Execution & Brand Activation Support
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of branded displays, signage, and promotional materials
- Maintain an inviting, organized, and brand-compliant event area
- Provide real-time feedback to the team to help refine campaign performance
Team Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Work closely with team leads and peers to exceed performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development workshops
- Receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and leadership opportunities
