Certified Reformer Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to lead engaging classes that inspire participants to achieve their health and fitness goals. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and motivating environment while delivering high-quality instruction in various fitness disciplines.

Duties

• Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants.
• Demonstrate proper body mechanics and techniques to promote injury prevention.
• Design and implement engaging fitness programs tailored to different skill levels and goals.
• Provide guidance on exercise physiology, helping participants understand the benefits of physical activity.
• Foster a supportive community atmosphere within the health club or gym setting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new exercises, and best practices in fitness instruction.
• Offer personalized coaching and feedback to participants during classes.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance program offerings and member experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in group fitness instruction or sports coaching is preferred.
• Knowledge of CrossFit, cycle training, dance, or other specialized fitness programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with program design principles and the ability to adapt workouts based on participant needs.
• Strong understanding of physiology and body mechanics related to exercise.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
