About Wayfaster:
https://www.wayfaster.com/
Interviewing today is a broken process. Resumes aren’t accurate and recruiter screens are often terrible. Wayfaster helps fix that – we build voice agents that think and sound like humans so that companies can interview 10x faster, 10x cheaper and 10x better. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate all the wasted time and money in the $731B global labor staffing market.
We’ve raised over $3m from top tier investors such as Slow (Sam Lessin), South Park Commons, the founder of Deepgram and have an exciting set of early customers who run thousands of interviews a month. For this role you'd be an extension of the CEO.
