We are a premier, high-end condominium development located in New York City. Our property is newly constructed, fully occupied, and offers an elevated living experience for our residents. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Part-Time Developer Representative to oversee a variety of operations, including property management, construction management, and act as a key member of the condominium board. This role is essential in ensuring that the property is managed effectively, construction punch lists are addressed, and the needs of residents are met.
Position Overview :
As a Part-Time Developer Representative , you will serve as the on-site presence for the development team. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the property manager, construction management tasks (with a focus on punch lists), and resident manager while also acting as a representative on the condo board. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the property's ongoing operations meet the highest standards of quality and service, while also ensuring smooth communication between the development team, residents, and the board.
Key Responsibilities :
- Property & Construction Oversight :
- Serve as the main point of contact between the developer and the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the completion of any outstanding construction items, especially punch lists, ensuring that all construction work is completed to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the construction management team to monitor the resolution of any remaining construction issues, including quality control and final inspections.
- Resident Manager & Property Operations :
- Oversee the work of the resident manager to ensure that residents are satisfied with services, amenities, and overall building management.
- Respond to escalated resident concerns, maintenance issues, and general service requests.
- Condominium Board Participation :
- Actively participate in condo board meetings, representing the developer’s interests and providing insights on property operations, budget considerations, and long-term planning.
- Assist the board in decision-making regarding policies, building improvements, and services.
- Help bridge the communication between the developer and the condo board, ensuring that development-related matters are addressed in a timely manner.
- Strategic Guidance :
- Provide ongoing advice and recommendations on the operational aspects of the building to ensure its continued success and alignment with high-end standards.
- Monitor the overall financial health of the property and collaborate with the management team to implement any necessary adjustments.
