Qualifications:
· HVAC License and EPA Certification required or ability to obtain
· Mechanical aptitude and ability
· Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, and operational processes and procedures
· Knowledge of building construction and blueprint reading
· Knowledge of preventative maintenance for buildings and grounds
· Ability to utilize various computer programs including all Microsoft Office products
· High School diploma or equivalent required, Trade School / Tech School Preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Perform maintenance work as assigned by the District’s work order system
· Meet monthly with supervisor for status update
· Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on all buildings, grounds, and equipment
· Performs all other duties as assigned
Terms of Employment:
MEA Maintenance position, Maintenance Collective Bargaining Agreement
