What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Support Worker position at Waymaker?
Waymaker LLC is looking for a hardworking, reliable, candidate to become direct support staff for their Alvin Group Home for clients with intellectual disabilities. Ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable, and hard working. Candidate must be able to stay calm under challenging situations.
Responsibilities Include:
Cooking meals for the clients
Cleaning the home and laundry
Assisting clients with supervised living goals
Ensuring that they go out in the community (i.e movies, park, restaurants, etc.)
Assisting with activities of daily living (i.e toileting, bathing, shaving etc.)
Available shifts are: Wednesday and Thursday 2 pm to 10 pm, Friday 2 pm to 8 pm, and Sunday Overnight 8 pm to 8 am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
