Position: Aircraft Maintenance Administration
Work as an administrator with aircraft that fly every day. Organized and detailed office staff produce logbook entries, manage parts inventory, process invoices and provide customer service. An A&P certification is not required, but a interest in aviation is critical. Interact with pilots, maintenance, and the community to gain aviation operational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and review log book entries for aircraft maintenance
- Manage aircraft parts inventory, ordering, and chain of custody
- Basic book keeping, producing invoices etc
- Internal & External Customer Service
- Manage new hire onboarding and drug testing/records
- Perform standard administrative duties as necessary
- Conduct other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work flexible hours, shifts, and holidays
- Receive and follows instructions from the crew lead about daily job assignments
- Manage aircraft parts inventory and stock room
- Conduct other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Aircraft Maintenance Experience 2-Years
- Able to pass drug test, background check
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend and walk for extended periods
- Superior organization skills, professional appearance, multi-tasking, safety-focused
- Problem solver that likes challenges and puzzles
- Detail oriented and able to keep records of performed activities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
