Wayne Akers Ford is looking for a professional, positive, BDC Representatives.

We prefer someone with experience in sales, retail, call center BDC or customer service experience (however we are willing to train the right candidate), maintain a positive attitude, and have a great work ethic. Responsibilities & Qualifications for BDC Representatives Include:

• Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
• Answer all incoming sales calls and internet inquiries and follow up with all inquiries. 10 calls per hour is required.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Follow up with internet leads via phone, text and email to secure an appointment.
• Contact customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.
• Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied and see if there is anything we can do further to earn their business.
• Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership.
• Proactively pursue customer retention lists/programs.
• Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts.
• Confident, positive, and high-energy presence- work oriented mind.
• Strong communication skills on the phone and in email.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Experience:

• BDC/Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
