Fire Alarm Helpers
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for Fire Alarm Helpers in our Tampa, FL branch to work in the surrounding areas.
Day to Day:
- Ability to work closely with the Foremen to troubleshoot, repair, and install fire alarm systems accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
- Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting will include up to 70 pounds.
What are the Qualifications for this position?
- Electrical Experience preferred
- Construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Travel within the local community is required.
- Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to wear proper protective equipment as required on all job sites.
- Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons, including summer months.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment background check screening, including 10 years of employment verification, is required to be hired at Wayne Automatic.
