We have over 700 team members in five locations in Florida and two in North Carolina and are looking for an awesome HR Generalist to join our team and grow with us. This is a new position on our HR team so if helping to create your future interests you, read on!
There is a tremendous opportunity for growth on the HR team, so if you have leadership and management skills, that greatly benefits you and us! We’d also like someone who can review our processes to help make us more efficient. This is an in-office position with the opportunity to become hybrid after building relationships with our team.

The right HR Generalist has the ability to build relationships, respect, and trust with our team and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Someone with the ability to lead and develop a team would fit well with us. Of course, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are a must. Proficiency and/or the ability to quickly and effectively learn our HRIS and LMS systems required. Microsoft Office Suite expertise required. We work hard but also have fun so a sense of humor is an absolute must!

- Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Strong business acumen or consulting background
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to quickly and effectively learn our HRIS and LMS systems
- MS Office Suite expertise required
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment background check screening, including 10 years of employment verification, are required to be hired at Wayne Automatic.
