Training Manager
Salary Grade: Manager III
Location: Honesdale
Duties: Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and professional growth. This role ensures that training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and compliance requirements while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Design, develop, and execute training programs that enhance employee knowledge and performance. Implement a variety of training methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning, and blended learning approaches. Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations. Develop leadership training programs to cultivate managerial and executive talent. Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support career growth. Partner with department leaders to create customized training initiatives.
Skills: Proven experience designing and delivering training programs. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Experience: 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role.
Education: 2 or 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
