RN CHARGE NURSE – EMERGENCY – FULL-TIME NIGHTS MISSION VIEJO, CA
WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a full-time RN Charge Nurse Emergency Nights for one of our clients located in Mission Viejo, California.
SUMMARY:
RN Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor – Emergency Department at our client’s Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. Positions available are full-time and will work 12-hour Night shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Under general supervision, assists Manager in overseeing and directing clinic activities and personnel on assigned shift to ensure high quality patient care.
· Determines work priorities, provides assessments, plans, and coordinates patient care. Regularly performs duties of a Registered Nurse.
· Assist in marketing information and community and leadership involvement for the clinic.
· Serves as resource person for program personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
· California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
· National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
· Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
· 3 years RN clinical experience in acute care setting.
· 6 months Recent clinical experience with mental health and wellness patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
· LPS training.
· 1 year Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a behavioral health setting.
COMPENSATION:
· $141,200 to $223,100Annually.
