Overview
- Process general accounting transactions and full cycle bookkeeping.
- Oversee Construction related Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Credit card reconciliations.
- General Accounts Payable
- Staging of ACH vendor payments
- Follow up on general accounting documentation for construction, such as Certificates of Insurance and Vendor Agreements.
- Assists the Controller in the preparation of financial reports for managers, stakeholders, and auditors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
