Wayne Contracting is a growing commercial General Contractor located in Maryland Heights with national accounts across the United States. Wayne Contracting is seeking a full time Accounts Payable Specialist to add to our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Processes A/P transactions
- Performs daily bookkeeping
- Processes records related to vendors and vendor payments
- Conducts a number of routine and standard processes
- Generates basic financial reports
- Conducts various forms of general accounting and vendor outreach.
Experience in multi-company and QuickBooks highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
