What are the responsibilities and job description for the STEADYwork Director position at Wayne County Action Program, Inc?
The primary purpose of this role is building community and developing youth through the maintenance of a positive culture in the STEADY Work program. This leader must be able to model a personcentered and trauma informed approaches with the skills to navigate a large program through daily operational challenges with incredible accuracy for details pertaining to fiscal matters and funder and DOL regulations while maintaining hallmark responsiveness for the needs of individual participants. The STEADY Work Director should understand funding stream requirements and build synergistic relationships between other branches of Finger Lakes Community Action, local schools and the general business community.

Pay: $68,500.00 - $68,750.00 per year
