\\As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
\\* Leading a team of Field Managers and Warranty Managers to ensure efficient construction processes and minimize warranty response time
\\* Developing and implementing effective production meeting plans and release meetings to drive efficiency and productivity
\\* Executing quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
\\* Managing schedule and TOC reduction to minimize margin erosion
\\* Collaborating with Warranty Managers and Field Managers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service\
\\Required Skills and Qualifications
\\To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
\\* Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in the home building industry
\\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
\\* Demonstrated success in customer service and conflict resolution
\\* Computer and Microsoft competency, including proficiency in software applications such as AccelWell, RAK Days, and Volunteer Time Off
\\* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes\
