What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foam Cushion Fabricator/Assembler position at Wayne Industries, Inc?
Primary Responsibility: Assemble foam, fiber, and springs together with the help of a hand-held glue sprayer. Assemble foam poly parts also.
* Complete assembly per the job specifications and customer order.
* Attentive to detail and high quality output. Hourly position during training and moves to production output pay with opportunities to make more money. Will train the right candidate.
* Must be able to stand on feet for 95% of work schedule. Lift 5 - 10 pounds. Ability to lift over shoulder and hold glue sprayer throughout the day.
* Will have the opportunity to learn Foam Cutting position as well.
* Must keep work area clean and adhere to all safety rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
