Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
Description :
Types of cases : OB, GYN, Cysto, Ortho, Podiatry, GI, Eyes, Spine cases to include Microdiscectomies, Laminectomies, Foramintomies, ACDFs; General to include hernias, examinations under anesthesia, debridements, any type of General surgery; Renal / Vascular procedures; ENT; NO Hearts or heads
Number of ORs : 6 and OB
of MDAs daily : 1 most weeks and works in staffing
of CRNAs daily : between 4 and 6 per day
of Surgeons : up to 6 per day
Podiatry blocks : not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide podiatry blocks
Ortho blocks : not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide all types of orthopedic blocks
OB Required : Yes and must be able to perform epidurals - we do not have the staff to train a provider on epidurals at this time
Pediatrics : Must be comfortable with newborns
Weekend hours : None, however, if candidate is interested in a weekend call shift, we will consider.
Call : 1-2 days a week call, 1st out the next day. Must stay in call house and only the provider is allowed to stay in the call house per hospital. No pets are allowed. Common areas are shared. Most of the time it is just the anesthesia provider at the call house.
Call hours : Call hours start after all OR cases completed or after 5PM if cases are finished before 5PM
