Job Description
Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are a progressive, multi-specialty group with Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health sites throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital.
We are seeking a part time Gerontologist primarily to oversee patients in the area nursing homes. Replacement and growth position. Legacy provider with an expansive nursing home practice is retiring and we recognize there is additional need/growth opportunity. Flexible days and hours afford a health work-life balance.

Job Requirements
Candidate must have M.D., D.O. and have completed residency.
Must be able to obtain license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
