Aircraft Pilot Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Aircraft Pilot to work as an Aircraft Captain at Wayne-Sanderson Farms.
Main Accountabilities:
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for company flights, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Prioritize safety by conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, managing in-flight safety procedures, and adhering to the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Lead the flight crew, delegating duties and ensuring effective communication and coordination with the co-pilot (First Officer) and cabin crew.
- Make critical decisions during flights, including route adjustments, diversions, and emergency procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Experience with commercial aircraft.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
