Essential functions (job duties):
Manage office tasks: scheduling appointments, answering calls, and maintaining records.
Organize and maintain accurate student files, attendance records, and program documentation.
Track deadlines for college and career readiness programs (e.g., FAFSA, college applications, job fairs).
Collect and organize data for program evaluation and reporting requirements.
Track student participation and outcomes for TRIO performance reports.
Qualifications:
Experience in supporting university staff in a range of office/admin duties.
