Essential functions (job duties) :
- Manage office tasks : scheduling appointments, answering calls, and maintaining records.
- Organize and maintain accurate student files, attendance records, and program documentation.
- Track deadlines for college and career readiness programs (e.g., FAFSA, college applications, job fairs).
- Collect and organize data for program evaluation and reporting requirements.
- Track student participation and outcomes for TRIO performance reports.
Qualifications :
Experience in supporting university staff in a range of office / admin duties.
