· Must be able to sit and look through a microscope for an extended time period.
· Must be able to learn to use deburring tools under a microscope.
· Able to use calipers, micrometers and height gages, etc
· Must have legible handwriting.
· Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
· Must be able to work effectively with all employees, in all departments.
· Must have corrected vision to 20/25 in at least one eye and must not be colorblind (in both eyes)
· Must be able to do basic math.
· Ability to read blueprints: (preferred)
o Ability to identify dimensional requirements
o Able to inspect a part to the print
o Must be able to learn and apply engineering specifications.
· Previous experience in manufacturing

- Perform quality audits and maintain accurate records of quality control processes.

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and enhance manufacturing practices.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and FDA regulations throughout the production process.
