Your Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility remains spotless, sanitary, and inviting. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and motivate the team, and uphold our high standards for cleanliness and infection control.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
Schedule and assign cleaning duties to team members, ensuring efficiency and thoroughness
Train and mentor housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
Inspect rooms, common areas, and workspaces to ensure compliance with facility policies and health regulations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Address housekeeping-related concerns from residents, families, and staff with professionalism and prompt resolution
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health codes and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or SNF setting
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Knowledge: Understanding of infection control practices and safety standards
Attitude: Passion for cleanliness, resident satisfaction, and team motivation
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform hands-on housekeeping tasks as needed
