Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Therapist role at Wayside House. The Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapy to women in recovery, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients on their journey to sobriety.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in addiction counseling and therapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Empathy and compassion for individuals in recovery
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred
- Experience working with women and addiction recovery is a plus
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
