DMH FLEX Program Manager                                         (South County/Charlton)  Starting Salary:$ 70,000.00/year sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time). Wayside’s Charlton site is seeking full-time Program Manager responsible for the management, oversight, and daily operation of the Department of Mental Health (DMH) FLEX contract providing community-based services for a cohort of 20 youth and young adults with mental health needs and their families. Services provided by a team made up of Clinicians, Therapeutic Support Workers, Young Adult Peer Mentors, and/or Parent/Caregiver Peer Supports.What You Will Do: Coordinates referrals and liaisons with DMH. Manages data and reporting requirements, participates in monthly utilization reviews, and other quality improvement activities. Supervise MA/BA level interns and Masters and Bachelors Level staff as applicable. Participate in internal agency committees, work groups, and other cross-program/cross-component activities. Some direct service work with youth and families is part of the position. Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars: Demonstrate an ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Minimum Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related human service field. Independent licensure is NOT required. Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth with mental health needs.
