Overview of the Community Based The
rapistThe Community Based Therapist will oversee daily operations for Wayspring’s community outreach program in the assigned market. The Community Based Therapist will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and collaborate daily with Wayspring clinical and member operations teams for seamless care coordination for Wayspring members. This role will work directly and indirectly with members providing clinical direction to Community Outreach Specialist(s) and provide individual therapeutic and intervention services to Wayspring members in a community mental health fa
shion.
This role requires a mission-driven counselor (LCSW, LCADC, etc.) with a heart and passion for making an impact. This individual should desire human interaction and have a hunger for immersing themselves in the community they serve. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations who may be disengaged from healthcare and live a more transient lifestyle.
