This role involves logging into the project management system to ensure all fields are completed by other team members, reviewing email creatives from clients to ensure proper rendering, and conducting quality assurance testing, including device testing. The intern will assist with the overall organization of the team and work to understand email best practices. The intern will be part of a mostly remote team of email marketing strategists and execution managers, thriving in autonomy while managing multiple client projects. The team is close-knit and welcomes new members, creating a collaborative and positive working environment.

Internship details:
- This internship opportunity will begin May 19th, 2025.
- Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible.
- 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester
- Anticipated graduation date between May 2026 - December 2026
- Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
- Log into the project management system to ensure all fields are completed by other team members.
- Review email creatives from clients to ensure proper rendering.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, including device testing.
- Assist with the overall organization of the team.
- Understand and apply email best practices.
- Use tools such as Monday.com, Litmus, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Produce quality and accurate work through thorough quality assurance testing.
- Contribute to a smooth workflow and assist with team organization.
- Receive and act on feedback from team members, showing continuous improvement in work.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Applied Data Analytics, Communication
- Proficiency in Excel
