What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Wayzata Marine?
Wayzata Marine is a well known boat dealership located on Lake Minnetonka. We strive to be the finest customer service experience in the boating industry. This position is not remote or part-time. We are looking for a full-time person to join us in our showroom.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, retail hours of operation are 9AM-5:30PM
- Weekend availability, plan on working 1 Saturday shift per month, (with a day off during the week), 2 or 3 during peak boating season
- We are closed on Sundays
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist in answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department
- Various clerical duties
- Content creation and execution of weekly email campaigns using Constant Contact
- Monitor website and implement changes as needed
- Manage all social media platforms utilized (ex. Instagram & Facebook)
- Update and manage all available inventory. Includes taking pictures and entering content.
- Create, edit, and execute video presentations of all products
Qualifications to apply:
- Must possess strong social media knowledge
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, reliability a must
- Ability to work independently, create content, and be consistent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
