Position Description:
The Student Data Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning, working in collaboration with the Director of Research & Evaluation and the Director of Technology, and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the use of data to improve teaching and learning across the district. The student data coordinator will collaborate with and coach teachers, administrators, and leadership teams to ensure the effective integration of data to inform instructional practices, while promoting data literacy, system utilization, and continuous improvement. This role combines technical expertise with the ability to translate and coach data insights into actionable strategies for student success.
