Summer Child Care Assistant

The Wayzata Kids program is looking for enthusiastic Child Care Assistants who love working with children and are passionate about youth development. Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with fun, curiosity-sparking activities in a positive, welcoming setting
• Building meaningful connections with kids while prioritizing safety and inclusion
• Upholding Wayzata’s high standards for excellence in every interaction
  
  

Qualifications:

• 16 years old or older
• No prior work experience required
• Some prior work experience with students in a group setting is a plus
• Pass background check
• Reliable transportation needed
  
  

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting $16.84/hour up to $17.28/hour

Locations & Shift Times:

• Meadow Ridge Elementary
• North Woods Elementary
• Oakwood Elementary
• Birchview Elementary
• Shift times: 4 to 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am and 6pm
• Maximum of 7 days off during summer programming
