Your Role Will Include:
- Providing compassionate support and positive behavior intervention strategies for children enrolled in the program
- Ensuring the overall safety, security, and well-being of all participants
- Collaborating with the team to create engaging, enriching activities that spark curiosity and joy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a leadership role
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve when faced with challenging behaviors
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to working as part of a close-knit team
- Full-Time Straight Shift: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, 8-hour shifts, Maximum of 7 days off during summer programming
- Competitive Compensation: $20.43/hour
