This role will be working with multiple plant locations. 5-10 years of experience, with proficiency in SAGE and Insight software, and will be responsible for providing financial insights, developing forecasts, managing budgets, and analyzing operational costs. This role is essential for driving informed business decisions that ensure continued growth and profitability.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience And/or Training:
Technology/Equipment:Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and financial modeling.

Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience And/or Training:
Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 30 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.
Working Environment:
Indoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Minimal hazards identified.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting, to support WorkSpace operational and financial goals.
- Use SAGE and Insight software to prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and sales teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Analyze production costs, material costs, and other financial metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership, providing insights that drive sound business decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc financial projects and other duties as assigned.
