As a Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving success across our production operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee planning, purchasing, scheduling, shipping / receiving, and inventory control to ensure the highest levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality. WHAT YOU BRING

  • A Technical College or University diploma or equivalent experience in a technical or business field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; prior management or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
  • Self-motivation and discipline, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team.

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire a team to reach production goals.
  • Develop and manage production plans and schedules.
  • Oversee purchasing and maintain inventory control.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and inspection standards.
  • Manage global shipping and receiving operations.
