Job Description

Job Function :
- Meet with newly admitted residents to discuss goals, policies, and procedures.
- Provide direct case management services, including referrals and issue resolution for mothers in shelter.
- Assist residents in completing government assistance applications within the first two weeks of acceptance.
- Collaborate with external partners in financial, housing, employment, childcare, and justice systems.
- Identify and coordinate enrichment programs, such as parenting classes, life skills, and educational opportunities.
- Work as part of a treatment team, coordinating services with staff and external agencies.
- Assist clients in securing housing, employment, and other necessary resources.
