Your Role as a Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success at one of our retail tractor/equipment dealerships. You’ll take charge of operations, inspire and develop your team, build strong customer relationships, and implement the company standards that make WCTractor a trusted name.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive top-line sales, ensure expense control, and manage profit and loss for your location.
- Build a High-Performing Team: Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop team members. Oversee schedules, performance reviews, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and a culture of excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Execute company standards in inventory management, pricing, promotions, and loss prevention. Ensure daily tasks are planned and delegated effectively.
- Promote Safety: Create a safe and productive workplace for employees and customers alike.
Store Manager Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of retail leadership experience—experience in farming, ranching, or agriculture is a big plus!
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- The stamina to be on your feet for up to eight hours at a time.
