What You’ll Do
- Lead Litigation Efforts: Manage complex insurance defense cases, with a focus on no-fault, accident, motor vehicle, premises liability, and construction-related claims.
- Tackle Fraud Cases: Take on RICO cases against law firms and radiology companies, fighting insurance fraud involving intricate schemes in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with Expert Partners: Work closely with partners who are thought leaders, often featured in prominent media, and deeply committed to setting new legal precedents in NY law.
- Advocate in Court: Take charge of civil litigation cases, preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in state and federal courts.
- Develop Legal Strategy: Play a strategic role in case development, working to secure favorable outcomes in high-profile and high-impact cases.
