The Role: 5 - 10 Year Associate in Employment Law
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Defend and advise clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour disputes, wrongful termination, and labor relations matters
✅ Draft and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and compliance policies
✅ Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agency proceedings (EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc.)
✅ Provide strategic legal counsel on workplace policies, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
