Your Role
- Case Strategy & Litigation – Lead insurance coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and high-value defense cases, taking them from inception to resolution.
- Negotiation & Dispute Resolution – Take charge of settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations, working to secure favorable outcomes for clients
- Legal Drafting & Advocacy – Draft motions, coverage opinions, and persuasive briefs while representing clients in depositions and court proceedings.
- Client Advisory & Risk Assessment – Provide strategic guidance on coverage issues, policy exclusions, and risk mitigation to protect clients’ interests.
